Home Remedies for Arthritis

Arthritis is a painful disease and its pain can start from mild to severe. According to modern medicine, an excessive amount of uric acid in the blood causes arthritis. When uric acid accumulates in the joints of bones, it takes the form of arthritis. It causes pain, stiffness, and swelling in the patient's joints. In this disease, lumps are formed in the joints. Hence this disease is called arthritis. So know some home remedies to get rid of arthritis pain 





Ginger - Like turmeric, ginger also naturally has inflammation-reducing properties and is a good remedy for reducing pain and inflammation. Applying ginger oil to the affected area also helps in reducing stiffness. Use 2-3 grams of ginger to prepare its tea and drink it every morning.




Garlic - Eating 3-4 raw garlic buds in the morning helps in reducing the pain and swelling of arthritis. It prevents changes in bones due to arthritis.



Cayenne pepper - Cayenne pepper is very effective in reducing the symptoms of arthritis. One of its active ingredients is capsaicin which is very good at reducing pain. Ointments or creams made of capsaicin can be applied daily to the affected areas. It is also effective in treating pain.



Massage - Massage with mustard oil is considered very good for relieving arthritis pain and inflammation. The oils act as natural ointments and stimulate blood flow. Heat a little mustard oil. If you also have swelling, you can mix an equal amount of onion juice with oil. Rub it gently on the painful joints, then cover it with plastic wrap and apply a hot towel. Repeat this remedy before going to bed for best results.
